Fees for Patients without Medicare card

The above practice fees is same for your telehealth appointments.
PROCEDURES
Procedures require a minimum 30-minute appointment and may incur fees. Please speak with your GP beforehand to confirm the cost.
Lighthouse Physio Acupuncture
Physiotherapist Vincent Chan and Mitra Hajimaghsoudi manages the Lighthouse Physio Acupuncture in the premises of Hill Street Medical Centre.
If you are using a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, you will need a referral for your first appointment. Medicare rebates are only available for eligible patients who have a valid GP Care Plan and an allied health referral.

Workers Compensation
As per the current SIRA Workers Compensation rate for GPs.
Patients must provide their employer details, claim number, and insurance company information as requested.
If the employer or insurer declines liability, the patient will be responsible for all consultation and treatment fees.
